Wiggins Hospitality Group is a family-owned New Braunfels restaurant group, rooted in a passion for great food, warm service, and creating spaces where people feel welcome. What began with McAdoo’s Seafood Company in 2009 has grown into a collection of distinctive dining experiences that reflect our commitment to quality, community, and hospitality.
Our journey started with McAdoo’s, a beloved destination for fresh, Cajun-inspired seafood housed in the historic downtown post office. We expanded our reach with La Cosecha Mexican Table, where interior Mexican flavor meets upscale Tex-Mex in a contemporary, vibrant atmosphere.
This year, we’re proud to introduce our newest concept: Old City Hall. Located in one of our city’s most iconic downtown buildings, Old City Hall will bring a fresh perspective to classic American cuisine, offering an elevated yet approachable dining experience that honors the past while looking ahead.
